1. What ALPH is for
ALPH helps you record a household maintenance observation, draft questions to ask a licensed professional, and prepare a photo checklist for a quote. It is a note-organising and record-keeping tool only.
2. Prohibited uses
- Do not use ALPH to generate operating, repair, wiring, or installation steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing or pressurised (heating/plumbing) systems.
- Do not present ALPH output as a safety certification, inspection report, insurance claim assessment, construction plan, or emergency service.
- Do not rely on ALPH for emergencies or anything involving immediate risk to people or property.
- Do not enter other people's personal data, sensitive credentials, or full payment card numbers.
3. Always confirm with a licensed professional
You must contact a suitably qualified, licensed professional to confirm the actual issue and how it should be handled. ALPH does not diagnose, inspect, certify, or perform any work, and does not replace professional judgement.
4. General conduct
- No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
- No attempts to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service.
- No use that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
5. Enforcement
