These Terms of Service govern your use of a1ph.shop and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by A1 PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 04526554, with its registered office at 24 Hazelmere Crescent, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 2FJ, United Kingdom. By using this store or placing an order you agree to these terms.

We sell finished consumer homeware — bathroom storage and vanity organisation accessories. We do not provide plumbing, heating, gas, installation, repair or any trade or contracting service through this store. We work to describe products, materials, dimensions and load ratings as accurately as possible. Product images are representative; slight variation in colour and finish can occur between screens and production batches.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of our margin but exclusive of any shipping charges and any import duties or local taxes, which are shown or noted at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If we discover a clear pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the listed products. A contract is formed only when we send you an order or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock or listed in error;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• We suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Payment is taken through our third-party payment processors. By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details on our own servers. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Several products attach with adhesive pads, lean free-standing or fix to a wall. You are responsible for confirming the rated load and the approved surfaces listed on each product page, and for fitting the item correctly. Do not exceed the stated load. Adhesive and no-drill fittings create no permanent fixing and are not building works. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, overloading or use on an unsuitable surface.

Your return and cancellation rights are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms, together with any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.

All content on this store — including text, images, the A1PH name and logo, and page design — is owned by or licensed to A1 PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of your local law.
