Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, renewals and refunds work for ALPH subscriptions. All amounts are in USD.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support. When you cancel, your plan does not renew again; you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, the account moves to the free Draft plan.

2. Refunds

Because ALPH is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started. We will still consider fair refunds where the service was unavailable due to a fault on our side, or where required by your statutory consumer rights.

3. Credits

Credits already used to generate records or exports are non-refundable. Unused included credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable; they simply reset at the start of each billing period.

4. Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and correct or refund the affected amount.

5. How to request

Email support@alph.shop from your account email with the date and amount. We aim to respond within 3 business days (Europe/London (GMT/BST)). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method in USD.

Subscriptions are digital SaaS access only. There are no physical goods, so no shipping, returns or restocking apply.
