How billing works
Recurring subscription
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions in USD. Your card is charged today and on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices shown exclude any taxes that may apply in your location.
Credits
Credits are the usage unit for generating records and exports. Included credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. A record draft uses 5 credits; PDF export uses 1 credit on paid plans.
Auto-renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account; access and remaining credits stay available until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What subscriptions do not include
Subscriptions grant access to an online software workspace only. They do not include any repair, inspection, installation, certification, emergency call-out or on-site service. ALPH is a digital SaaS product — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
Payments
Card payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your statement will show “AI UTILITY LOG”. We do not store full card numbers. External checkout is being connected; the workspace and sample workflow are fully usable in the meantime.
